AYSO REGION 121 REFUND POLICY
While we understand circumstances may change, AYSO and your Region incur
significant expenses for every player. Many of these expenses are incurred well before
practice begins. Therefore, in fairness to all participants in the Region, we ask that you
carefully read and understand the refund policy.
- A $25.00 National Fee is collected for every player registered to help cover administrative support,
training programs, and platform processing fees. These national fees will not be refunded – NO
Exceptions. Your Region does not collect or retain any of these fees. Upon payment they
are routed directly to AYSO National and our software platform vendor, respectfully. - Full refund of Regional fees is available prior to August 1st.
- 50% refund of Regional fees is available prior to the coaches meeting on August 20th.
- 25% refund of Regional fees is available prior to the first game on September 7th.
- No refunds are available after the Friday before the first game of the season.
All refund requests must be submitted on the refund form to the Registrar. To obtain or submit the

The Region reserves the right to issue all refunds via paper check.
All processing of refunds is done as quickly as possible. However, as an all-volunteer organization, refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process.
If you wish to dispute the charge on your credit card for whatever reason, including the National and administrative platform fees, please first notify the Registrar. If you dispute the charge on your credit card your player will be immediately removed from the program. If you subsequently wish to rejoin the program, you will be subject to a $50 surcharge to reimburse the merchant dispute resolution fees assessed to the Region
