The CDC's Concussion Awareness Training is now available on AYSOTraining.org, allowing all certifications to be automatically sent to each volunteer's record upon completion of the course. All coaches, referees, Region, Area and Section board and staff members are required to complete the training in Section 10.
Many states have put legislation in place requiring youth sports officials to take the course.
